Alumni, Informal Forest Service Unit & Other Meeting Room Requests

   For those individuals who desire separate accommodations to hold private meetings during the reunion, you can reserve the conference room ahead of time by snail-mail or e-mailing your room request to:

Please note that the deadline for a written request is August 6, 2009.  We cannot guarantee a room for requests received after that date

Remember to include the following information with your request:

            1.  Name of the group.

            2.  Name, address, telephone number and email address of the person requesting 

                 the room.

            3.  Estimated number of people.  (We will provide chairs for this number. Group will

                 be responsible for arranging them to meet your needs.)

            4.  Date and time of the meeting:

                        a.  First Choice

                        b.  Second Choice

            5.  Length of meeting time requested.

            6.  Public address system needed?
