If you have an established Paypal account, you are well on your way to joining us in Missoula, MT. If not, please create a private PayPal account FIRST, and then return here to book your registration package. Registration Instructions:
In the left column below, please fill-in the REGISTRATION INFORMATION as shown in the white box. Remember to include your meal preferences in the comment box.
In the middle column, PROGRAM FEES, select your registration type, make sure your payment choice is shown in the white scroll bar underneath it. Then, click on ADD TO CART. PayPal will bring up a separate accounting page to tally your package cost. Continue shopping at the REUNION STORE below the program registration.
In the right column, TOUR RESERVATION, repeat the same process to reserve your seat(s). Select the tour desired, click on the scroll bar shown underneath, set the number of tickets desired and then click ADD TO CART. If the tour is sold out, you will be redirected back to this page for a second choice.
Once you are finished with your registration, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. PayPal will produce an invoice for your records and bill your credit card. If you want to cancel your PayPal shopping cart, click "Cancel and return to Bitterroot RCD," found at the bottom of PayPal's web page. You will come back to this site to begin again. WHY DO I NEED TO INPUT MY ADDRESS TWICE?
Because your information goes to two separate agencies via Internet, we must request it twice. You will be asked to register your contact information on our Web site, which is sent to RCD to issue meal tickets, confirm tours & handle payments. You will be asked to register your contact information again on the PayPal account to vertify matching information of the cardholder. Please complete all requested information or you will be contact by RCD with a request to do so.
WHY CAN'T I PURCHASE A SINGLE-DAY TICKET?
Because of the rising costs and volunteer time commitment of sponsoring parties, a decision was made this year to offer the conference and events as a whole vacation package, instead of selling single day admissions.
CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS WHO WANT TO ATTEND?
You may purchase additional COMPANION tickets if there will be more than one companion/spouse attending the event as long as you are the primary participant.
