If you are using Internet Explorer 6 version, then follow the steps mentioned below:  

  • Open Internet Explorer.
  • On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  • Click the General tab.
  • Click Delete Files and Delete Cookies.
  • Click OK.

You can use Internet Explorer 7.0 version for better compatibility to use Microsoft Office Live.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 version, follow the steps mentioned below: 

  • Open your Internet Explorer 7.0
  • Select "Tools" from the upper right corner.
  • Select "Internet Options".
  • Open the "General" tab.
  • In "Browsing history" area, click the "Delete" button.
  • In "Delete browsing history" window, click "Delete cookies" button and then click "Yes".
  • Click Close and then click OK. 

 

If you are using Firefox 3 version, follow the steps mentioned below: 

  • Open Mozilla Firefox.
  • From the Firefox menu options, choose Tools and then "Clear Private Data".
  • In the Clear Private Data window that appears, uncheck all check boxes except for the Cache checkbox.
  • Click on the Clear Private Data Now button.
  • When the Clear Private Data window disappears, all of the files saved (cached) from your Internet browsing activities will be removed. 

 

Once you have optimized your browser, restart your computer and then try performing your web commands again
