REUNION CANCELATION POLICY

To receive a refund for your Reunion registration fee, a written statement of cancellation must be received at Bitter Root RC&D prior to August 6, 2009 by mail, e-mail or fax. A $40 processing fee will be deducted from the refund. Any cancellation requests received on Aug. 7, 2009 or later will be denied.

Tour Ordering Instructions & Cancellation PolicyAll rates shown above are a per person rate. Mark the number of tickets wanted and multiply the cost for a total fee due. Include this amount into your final payment at the bottom of this form. A full refund, less $5.00 processing fee, will be issued upon request if a written statement is received into the RC & D office prior to August 6, 2009.  GRAND PRIZE DRAWING

 

A registration only  raffle will be held for the BRONZE MULE

 

The 2009 FS Reunion Grand Prize, a Bronze Mule created by Western Artist Bill Ortman, was commissioned especially for this event. With your registration, you will receive one FREE raffle ticket per person. You may also purchase an unlimited number of additional raffle tickets with your registration application for $5.00

each or 5 tickets for $20.00.

 

The registration process is the only opportunity that you will have to purchase raffle tickets for this wonderful piece of Montana Art. Tickets will be available for purchase with on-site registrations until 5:00 pm Monday from the registration table. You must be present to win.

 

The grand prize drawing will be held Friday morning during the farewell program.

Please note that there will be other items for raffle by our Co-Sponsors throughout the reunion.
